Corporate Team Building Cooking Class

Lajollacooks4u is the perfect activity for corporate team-building. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 people for a hands-on gourmet cooking class. We break the group into two teams with each team preparing several different recipes together. Participants learn all about California Cuisine, some knife skills, olive oil and salt tasting while working together to create a fabulous six course gourmet meal. When each team has completed their recipes (this usually takes 2 hours) they all sit together and dine on the fabulous and delicious meal they have created complete with wine pairing. We can provide either lunch or dinner based on the clients’ preference and clients each take home a booklet of the menu and all recipes that were prepared that day.

$250.00 per person.
