Cooking Demonstrations

For groups of 12 – 30 people Lajollacooks4u provides cooking demonstrations with audience participation . Participants will watch Chef Jodi demonstrate how to prepare a 3 - 4 course gourmet meal. Participants will learn about California Cuisine and how we blend our delicious and unique flavors. Chef Jodi will demonstrate knife skills, talk about different olive oils and the importance of using the freshest ingredients possible. Participants will then dine on the lovely meal that was demonstrated complete with wine pairing. Everyone will take home their own menu and recipe booklet.

We can custom design a perfect celebration complete with cooking classes, cooking demonstrations and more.

Costs are based on the menu selected and the number of participants there are.
